Last night I started cleaning the labels off the bottles which I stole from the homeless. I soaked them in hot soapy water for a couple hours; scraped off the labels and then used a green scrubby to get off the remaining gunk. I’m an increasingly big fan of Belgian & Belgian-style beers. Belgian Strong Pale Ales and Triples can be just amazing. Think Westmalle Tripel, Koningshoven La Trappe Blond, Unibroue La Fin du Monde, Allagash Triple - all great beers, and quite distinct from one another.
